Bursera graveolens, known in Spanish as Palo Santo ("holy wood") is a tree that inhabits the coast of Ecuador. The tree belongs to the same family (Burseraceae) as frankincense and myrrh. It is widely used in folk medicine. Aged heartwood is rich in terpenes such as limonene and α-terpineol.
Palo Santo (Bursera Graveolens) is an aromatic wood; Its smoke is used as a repellent to keep off mosquitoes, ants and other insects. It also cleans and helps to remove the bad energy from the home, keep away evil spirits, induces meditation and spiritual search. The scent of Palo Santo is extremely soothing and transmits a powerful energy.

It has been my second order and as i count, this one came with 180 sticks. In my first order there were 160 sticks (The number of sticks does not really matter and it depends.)
There were two plastic bags full of sticks but one thing i was worried was, one of the plastic bags was damaged with a tear and it seemed to have caused loss of some smell. But the other pack one was ok.
In the pack; some sticks were really good quality (smells really nice, cut from nicely grown parts, old enough and rich of the oil), some were ok and some of them were like they don't have any oil at all (they were too young i guess)
In total, I think it is a very good deal.
Also they have sent me a promo pack as i asked them if i can test the palo santo oil. It is also really good.
