Hundreds and hundreds arrived broken. Packaged poorly and no offer of assistance once my complaint was lodged. Furthermore, They do not have the Palo smell. Just smells like smoke. I do not recommend at all. Very disappointing.

Wow, I am so impressed with the quality of these palo Santo sticks and the wonderful communication between myself and Ecuadorian Hands. Arrived in great condition and came faster than expected.

I am really pleased with the prayer beads, I used them a lot, and a lot if my friends were fall in love with Palo Santo beads & start to make their own bracelets & necklaces.
Good fragrance, nice & shiny surface .
Though the size is not even but all pieces will find its destiny :)

It burns good though the smell not exactly the same as the sticks

I am really glad to use this soap.
It is really the best soap I used ever.
After use my skin is soft, it cleans gentle. I also use to wash my hair with it, afterwards rinsing with applecider vinegar and it is easy to comb, shiny and silky.

This product is amazing, the customer service was outstanding, and the professionalism of the company is unconparable.

Love it! Love it! The only reason i gave it 4 stars instead of 5, is because several hundred are broken upon arrival. Often, at least 1/4 of them are broken rather than whole cones, but thankfully, i am still able to sell them. Cones burn easily, wonderfully fragrant!
