Description

Palo Santo properties: Burserea Graveolens Palo Santo is a ecologically and sustainably harvested wood gathered on Ecuador's Pacific coast. This extraordinary aromatic tree is widely used in the traditional ethno-botanical systems of South America, especially by the shamans of the Andes.

This product is elaborated without harming the Palo Santo tree. We only process wood that has been found to have died naturally in the forest. Product of Ecuador

Steam distillation

Each plant has its distinct perfume. The perfume and aromatic essences are the "soul" of the plant. The Essential Oil of Palo Santo comes from the extraction of the oily glands of the plant.

Using a specific distiller for essential oils; the dried wood is passed through a steam stream so the oily glands open up, allowing in this way that its content mixes with the steam; the same that enters through a cooling system which leads to the condensation of essential oil and the water to then separate naturally.

This type of distillation does not use any kind of chemical solvents, that is, the essential oil of Palo Santo is 100% natural. Distilling the dry wood of the Palo Santo with the method through the steam current, you get to get an essential oil of the yellow-gold color, that emanates an intense citrus smell; with the following active ingredients:

USES AND BENEFITS

Palo Santo oil has a pleasant woody citrus aroma with a slight mint scent. It can be used by people suffering from muscle pain, high levels of stress, depression, anxiety, cough, colds, respiratory infections, sleep disorders, nervous disorders, etc.

Uses of 100% pure Palo Santo in diffusers
