My only frustration was that my parcel wasn't shipped out until almost three weeks after payment was made,the website states between 5-7 days..once it was sent, the shipping was very fast. Its my pleasure to know this company and I did my first booking almost 2 months ago for my 1st 1kg palo santo incense. The experience was great and i sold out 1 kg of palo santo wood within 2 weeks in Malaysia. But, recently I have order another kg around 3 weeks ago but the issue was the wood does not smell as strong as it used to be for my previous order. If I could compare 1st purchase was 100% satisfaction this 2nd order is like 25% satisfactory. The wood does not really smell and even if you burn it. The burn palo santo wood just smell like the ordinary wood pieces we usually have. I really hope that your management can really QA the item before shipping out to the customer.
