My hand woven flat hat is absolutely beautiful, even better than I expected. There was a delay in shipping or delivery however. I contacted the seller and he was quick to respond and I was patient until my hat arrived. It was worth the wait.

the Optimo design looks great and the craftsmanship is clear. However, if you're planning on rolling it regularly for travel, keep in mind that Grade 13-14 straw is a bit too thick and rigid for easy rolling without risking creases. If you specifically want a hat that rolls up effortlessly, you’ll definitely need to order one of their higher grades with a finer weave. Still a very nice hat, just requires more care.
