Since 2015, we have been restoring the dry tropical forest of Manabí through a combination of science, community engagement, and a strong sense of purpose. Our reforestation program promotes the natural regeneration of Palo Santo trees and other native species such as Algarrobo (Prosopis), Muntingia calabura, and Acacia farnesiana, thus strengthening biodiversity, soil health, and local livelihoods. To date, we have planted over 12,000 trees (updated Oct 2025).
Our Palo Santo is ethically sourced—no trees are felled. We only use wood that has fallen naturally and is sustainably managed within our Protected Natural Reserve BVP "ElArtesan-EcuadorianHands", recognized by the Ecuadorian Ministry of the Environment.
Our impact extends further through EcoPlayas and its #LlévateTuBasura (Leave NO Trace) program: A community focused on educating and making the population an active part in the protection and sustainable development of the beaches.
